Managing accidents and claims when they happen, and preventing them
before they occur, are equally important in reducing workers' compensation

We developed our Claims "101" Management Training Program
to educate our clients' management and program administrators on the
workers' compensation system, claims management and program recommendations
for each individual worksite.
- Claims "101" is conducted by industry professionals -- claims
supervisors and special fraud investigators -- each with over 20 years
experience in their specialty.
When front-line personnel understand how the system works and specific
ways to improve their individual participation in the prevention and
handling of accidents, they are better equipped to facilitate a cost-effective
risk management program for their company.
- Our in-house Special Investigation Unit also participates in our training
program. Our SIU has a remarkable track record: 80% of our fraud submissions
have resulted in a filed criminal complaint from the district attorney.
Because each worksite is markedly different, we work with our clients
individually in this area to assess and fulfill any specific training
needs.
