  • Claims "101" is conducted by industry professionals -- claims supervisors and special fraud investigators -- each with over 20 years experience in their specialty.

When front-line personnel understand how the system works and specific ways to improve their individual participation in the prevention and handling of accidents, they are better equipped to facilitate a cost-effective risk management program for their company.

  • Our in-house Special Investigation Unit also participates in our training program. Our SIU has a remarkable track record: 80% of our fraud submissions have resulted in a filed criminal complaint from the district attorney.
