The goal of the Account Management team is:
To help our clients realize hard and soft dollar savings through proper
implementation and management of their benefit programs.
Our Account Management professionals pride themselves on excellent service,
and use their experience and expertise to anticipate and fulfill our clients'
benefits objectives. Account Managers have an average 10 years experience
in Employee Benefits, carrier operations and related fields.
Day-to-day Client Services include:
- Coordinate activities relating to the employee benefits program,
including all lines of coverage
- Active resolution of all program issues through communications
with Human Resources and benefit teams
- Review and implement cost containment procedures where applicable
- Meet with client management and/or HR and benefits personnel as
requested
- Provide resources for COBRA, HIPAA, HIPAA Security, Section 125,
and FMLA questions
- Conduct tactical management of renewal process
- Act as a resource for difficult claim situations
- Assist with ongoing state and federal mandate compliance
- Educate benefits personnel on new administrative procedures
- Coordinate Wellness Programs
