Intercare Insurance Solutions (IIS) was founded by experienced
insurance professionals with an established reputation for effective
customer service and a sophisticated consulting approach. They formed
a partnership to expand the commercial insurance offerings of the brokerage.

restructured from other divisions of Intercare Holdings, Inc. and added
